Who we are

TECNODISCO is one of Italy’s leading manufacturers of materials for smoothing and polishing varnished furniture. TECNODISCO has set the highest standards in this area for forty years. When the company commenced operations in 1972, in a large factory in Peseggia di Scorzè in the province of Venice, the first products it developed were special cotton discs for cleaning smooth wood surfaces.

To extend its products range and improve the quality of its materials, TECNODISCO then began the development, production and sale of classic abrasive pastes (solvent based) for professional applications.

As a result of the modernisation of its production lines to comply with the latest standards in ecology and environmental protection, TECNODISCO has recently developed a range of water based abrasive pastes offering far better biodegradability than the previous generation of products. These pastes now represent the company’s main product.

Over the years, TECNODISCO has always offered products with an excellents quality-to-price ratio, and has always provided the highest level of customer service. Having built up an unrivalled reputation throughout the north east of Italy, TECNODISCO now also export its products for professional furniture polishing to leading industrialised nations and is a highly acclaimed player on the international scenario.
